Rodgers unhappy with Swans defeat

Swansea manager Brendan Rogers was left fuming after his side's 2-1 loss at Leicester. Leicester opened the scoring on six minutes when Bruno Berner nodded home from close range after Swansea failed to clear a corner. Swansea were level on 12 minutes through a Scott Sinclair thunderbolt from 20 yards but Leicester's winner arrived on 43 minutes when Darius Vassell tapped in after the keeper had parried Michael Morrison's header from another Paul Gallagher corner. Rodgers said: "I'm bitterly disappointed. It was a game we could very easily have won but it was decided in areas where we're normally strong. Our performance was very good. "We controlled large parts of the game. We made a poor start, got the game back, and scored a wonderful goal. But we switched off at set pieces and we must learn from it and make sure it does not happen again. "We felt our performance deemed something so to be getting on the bus home with nothing is a bitter pill to swallow."
