Rangel eyeing quick appointment

Angel Rangel is hoping Paulo Sousa's successor as Swansea boss will be announced soon. The Swans' Spanish right-back has also hailed a number of the potential candidates. "As players we cannot do anything about it," said Rangel. "Only Huw Jenkins (Swansea chairman) can decide who the new manager is to be and we have to wait and see. "The sooner we can start working with him the better because we will be able to work on what he wants. "As a Spaniard, I don't know many of the managers who have been mentioned. But I heard about Graeme Jones, and of course we all know him. We know his training sessions were very sharp and we liked him when he was here with Roberto Martinez. "I have also heard about Sean O'Driscoll. I don't know him, but I think Doncaster have played very good football against us, and that would suit Swansea."
