Lopez has accepted a move to the Liberty Stadium after spending the final three months of last season at Championship rivals Queens Park Rangers. He was signed for the Rs by new Swansea boss Paulo Sousa and scored once in 10 appearances during his time at Loftus Road. The 28-year-old was offered a deal to stay in West London, but he has opted for a reunion with Sousa in South Wales. The former Real Madrid and Sevilla midfielder is expected to sign the contract early next week before linking up with his new Swansea team-mates. Swans chairman Huw Jenkins told the club's official website: "Jordi is due to have a medical on Monday with a view to completing the deal and flying to Spain with the squad on Tuesday for a week-long training camp."
