Nouble set for Swans bow

Frank Nouble is in line for his Swansea debut against managerless Scunthorpe having arrived in south Wales on a three-month loan deal. The West Ham striker, who completed his switch on Friday morning, provides a much-needed boost to Brendan Rodgers` forward line with Craig Beattie (calf) and Gorka Pintado (shoulder) sidelined and Shefki Kuqi on loan at Derby. Defenders Angel Rangel (thigh) and Ferrie Bodde (knee) continue to miss out, with the former expected to return to light training over the weekend and the latter still a long-term absentee, along with midfielder Tom Butler (thigh). City will be looking to maintain their 100% record at the Liberty Stadium this term having won all four games on home soil in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and conceding just one in the process. That came in Tuesday`s 2-1 triumph over Coventry in which Darren Pratley returned from suspension to head home the opener.
