Swansea captain Ashley Williams has signed a new four-year deal with the club, ending Sunderland's interest in the defender.
Williams, 29, has been linked with a move away from the Liberty Stadium for the second successive summer - with the Black Cats reportedly ready to pay £5million for the Wales international.
But he has now committed himself to the Swans until 2018 and will join his team-mates on a pre-season tour of the United States this weekend.
