The centre-half has been sidelined since the end of October with a calf problem but he has returned to training and may earn a start.[LNB]However, Ashley Williams and stand-in skipper Alan Tate have formed a strong partnership in the middle of the Swans defence and boss Paulo Sousa could keep faith with them.[LNB]Mark Gower is another returning player after finally overcoming a troublesome hamstring injury and, after being left out of the squad for the 1-1 draw at Reading on Boxing Day, he could be in contention for a place in the squad.[LNB]Striker Lee Trundle will be hoping to earn a start in what could be the final appearance of his loan spell, which expires at the end of the month.[LNB]The Swans are on an impressive run of form having lost just twice in the league in 17 games and that run sees them in the play-off zone and within six points of second-placed West Brom.[LNB][LNB]
