Monk eyes return to winning habit

The Swans have won just once in their last six matches and now lie five points adrift of the top six. "Things have to turn around sooner rather than later. The gap is growing between us and the top six," Monk told the Western Mail. "Maybe a few games have caught up with some of the boys. But that's no excuse because, at the end of the day, the other teams have played a similar amount of games. "We have to go and impose ourselves on games and we just aren't doing that at the moment. We have to really step up to the plate now and it's time for characters to shine."
