Jenkins wary of Swans migration

With manager Roberto Martinez set to be named Wigan boss this week, key players such as Ferrie Bodde, Angel Rangel and Jason Scotland could leave while assistant Graeme Jones and chief scout Kevin Reeves could follow Martinez out of the Liberty Stadium exit door. "It's going to be difficult, I cannot hide from that," Jenkins told BBC Sport Wales. "The way football has gone over the last few years, I think money talks. For me personally, football is not moving in the right direction. "Money seems to be making a lot of decisions for people so we've got a big task on our hands to keep everything together, but I always felt it was going to be like that. "I'm not sure how things will develop. It's very, very difficult to say. I think we've obviously got to do one thing at a time, get the [new] manager in, assess the situation and when the players come back we will speak to them and start the process to make sure everybody is comfortable. "I can't hide the fact I would love to keep as many staff as possible to get continuity and keep things ticking over. That could be essential and things like that will be an ongoing conversation over the next week or two."
