Di Matteo relishing Swans test

Despite lying 16th, Paulo Sousa's Swans side arrive at The Hawthorns on Tuesday night having conceded just 10 goals in 12 games so far this season - a mean streak that has currently helped them to a six-match unbeaten run. It is in attack where they have struggled, though, having found the net merely eight times - with former Baggies marksman Craig Beattie set to come up against his former employers with just one goal to his name. If there is any team likely to threaten the Welsh side's resilient rearguard then it is league leaders Albion - the joint top scorers in the Championship with 24 goals. And head coach Di Matteo is looking forward to what promises to be an entertaining encounter, telling the club's official website: "Swansea are a very good football team. "They are similar to Reading but, in my opinion, with more quality - and they've hit good form lately. There are a few of their players I quite like so it should be a good game."
