Bauza sets sights on starting XI

The 24-year-old striker played a key role in getting the Swans promoted to the Championship a year ago, but found opportunities harder to come by in the second tier. But, with manager Roberto Martinez having moved to Wigan and star striker Jason Scotland following him, Bauza is hoping for better luck under Paulo Sousa's guidance. "I want to play as much as I can and I hope the gaffer believes in me," the Spaniard told BBC Wales. "My first aim is to push hard to get in the team. We've had competition in the years I've been here and that's not going to change." Bauza, Gorka Pintado and Stephen Dobbie are the only strikers currently on Sousa's books, but the Portuguese has made no secret of his desire to add a fourth forward before the season starts.
