Bauza: I deserve start for Swans

Bauza made just his third appearance of the campaign off the bench in the midweek win over Watford and put in an impressive performance playing behind match-winner Shefki Kuqi.[LNB]The 25-year-old - who replaced Craig Beattie with just over 20 minutes remaining - now believes he is ready to hold down a regular first-team place after seeing his chances throughout the season hindered by a knee injury.[LNB]He told the South Wales Evening Post: "I've had a really tough season, I think I deserved another opportunity and I think I did well. I've always been ready to help the team and I've always been working hard and the gaffer knows that.[LNB]"Now I think I deserve maybe the role I played on Tuesday or maybe more in the next game. I always work hard to play in the next game.[LNB]"When you have played just two games all season, never from the start, you lack that confidence and that sharpness. But I think I performed really well and we got the three points, so that's a big reward for me and for the team."[LNB][LNB]
