Three changes for Sunderland at Spurs

STEVE Bruce has made three changes to Sunderland's starting line-up for today's away game at Tottenham.[LNB] Two come in the defence, with Phil Bardsley returning at right-back and George McCartney earning a recall on the opposite flank.[LNB] Bardsley's recall allows Paulo Da Silva to shuffle across to centre-half in place of Nyron Nosworthy, while McCartney's return enables Kieran Richardson to play in central midfield.[LNB] Richardson replaces the suspended Lorik Cana, with Fraizer Campbell playing up front in place of Kenwyne Jones.[LNB] Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has named an attacking line-up with Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Peter Crouch all starting.[LNB] TOTTENHAM (4-4-2): Gomes; Corluka, King, Woodgate, Assou-Ekotto; Keane, Huddlestone, Palacios, Jenas; Crouch, Defoe.[LNB] Subs: Alnwick (gk), Hutton, Bale, Bentley, Pavlyuchenko, Dawson, Kranjcar.[LNB] SUNDERLAND (4-4-2): Gordon; Bardsley, Da Silva, Turner, McCartney; Malbranque, Henderson, Richardson, Reid; Campbell, Bent.[LNB] Subs: Fulop (gk), Ferdinand, Nosworthy, Murphy, Meyler, Healy, Reed.[LNB]
