Sunderland have released a list of players that have been let go by the club the only major name on the sheet is that of Britian's most expensive goal keeper Craig Gordon.
It has been on the cards for a while that Gordon would get the boot, I guess the club would have like to regain some of that 9 million Roy Keane paid for the Scot. But after an injury full last few seasons it not hard to see it was a wage bill Sunderland could do with out paying. So decidingto cut there losses and drop the axe.
Others on the list are keepers Lewis King and Trevor Carson, also outfield players Jordan Lavender, James Brace, Liam Bagnall, Brett Elliot, Oumare Tounkara and Jordan Cook.
