The Sunderland Echo reports that Sunderland officials have discussed a possible fee for Orban with their counterparts at Argentinian club, Tigre, although a deal is unlikely before the Argentinian domestic season concludes at the end of this month.
The Black Cats, who are actively monitoring a number of left-back options, are also interested in former Tottenham defender Reto Ziegler.
