Sunderland line up move for Rapid Vienna stars Pehlivan and Jelavic
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is reportedly tracking Rapid Vienna duo Yasin Pehlivan and Nikica Jelavic.
Bruce made enquiries about the duo, who lined up for the Austrian giants against Celtic last week, according to reports in Vienna.
Pehlivan has several admirers, with Napoli and ambitious German side Hoffenheim among the teams linked with the gritty midfielder over the summer.
The 20-year-old is under contract at Rapid until 2013 and has already broken into the Austria team.
ImposingCroatia striker Jelavic, who is on the fringes of Slaven Bilic'snational team, notched his first two goals of the season during Saturday's 4-0 win at FC Magna and istied to Rapid till 2012.
