Steve Bruce doesn't like me because I'm not English, says Sunderland flop Marcos Angeleri

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has been accused of snubbing a player because he is not English. [LNB]Argentina defender Marcos Angeleri has made the astonishing claims after failing to establish himself at the Stadium of Light. [LNB]Angeleri has started one FA Cup match and made just two substitute appearances in the Premier League since arriving for ?2million from Estudiantes last summer. [LNB] Losing the race: Angeleri (right) has hit out at Sunderland manager Bruce for not playing him[LNB]'The boss doesn't talk to me, he doesn't even say hello to me when he sees me,' said Angeleri. 'I think he doesn't like me because I'm not English.' [LNB]He added on ESPN Radio: 'Steve Bruce is not a nice person at all. He is a little unpleasant. I have played just a few minutes in Sunderland since my arrival. [LNB]'I want to play, that's my job. That's why I'm not happy here in Sunderland. I don't understand why I'm not playing. The boss is too defensive.' [LNB] He said what? Bruce (right) is sure to be shocked when he hears what Angeleri has been saying[LNB]Nedum Onuoha and Anton Ferdinand have been used at right-back this season while Bruce has a host of foreign players in key roles - including Ghanaian trio John Mensah, Sulley Muntari and Asamoah Gyan. [LNB]Bruce claimed Houllier showed Sunderland a lack of respect in their pursuit of Darren Bent before the striker's ?24m switch to Villa Park.
