Sunderland boss Ricky Sbragia has again dismissed rumours linking striker Kenwyne Jones with a move away from the club this month.
Reports continue to link Jones with a transfer to Spurs, with the north London club reportedly keen on a swap deal involving Darren Bent.
However, Sbragia remains adamant that Jones is going nowhere, telling the Northern Echo: "I can't see the point of that one. Kenwyne is not for sale.
"We have players in the squad who need to go out, but there's no way I want to lose the likes of Kenwyne.
"He hasn't come to see me. I talked to him the other day and he seemed quite happy.
"What he has to do is try and put it to the back of his mind and concentrate on playing for Sunderland.
"We didn't gel too well up front (at the weekend) to be honest with you and we know that's a problem.
"But I don't think that's because of anything that's gone on with Spurs."
