Ipswich and Reading do battle over striker. Sunderland dead wood striker Daryl Murphy has became a player in demand since going on loan to Championship club Ipswich Town.  Ipswich boss Roy Keane being the first by taking him on loan but it seems that the Tractor Boys may struggle to meet Sunderland 1 million pound evaluation of the Irishman and the 20,000 pounds a week wage demand from the player, but Keane was in hope that the three party's could come to some sort of agreement. Now Reading have emerged as the front runner for gaining the strikers services, and if rumours are to be believed the player and club are currently in talks, either way Murphy its highly unlikely that he will be still a Sunderland player at the beginning of the new season.
