Lee Cattermole is out with a knee ligament injury and John Mensah (calf) is also sidelined.
But Kenwyne Jones, who was carried off with a twisted ankle on Saturday, is expected to be fit as are Bolo Zenden (hip) and Andy Reid (calf).
