The duo, who are in contention to feature in Saturday's season-opener against Aldershot, have joined on an initial 28-day loan and boss Colin Todd is delighted.

"It's great that we've managed to bring Jamie and David in," he said.

"We thought 28 days initially was fair to all parties. It enables us to have a look at them and them to get a feel for us as well.

"If it works out then we might look to extend the deals.

"They both offer me good cover up front and in midfield and they both go into the squad for Saturday."
