Prem duo cross swords for Egyptian ace

Sunderland and West Brom are battling one another to land in-demand Egyptian star Ahmed Al-Muhammadi, according to reports.[LNB] Al-Muhammadi has long been linked with a move to England, and has spent time on trial with the likes of Blackburn and Sunderland.[LNB]The 22-year-old, who can play anywhere down the right, is now set for a move to the Premier League - with Sky Sports claiming both Sunderland and West Brom are looking to take him on loan.[LNB]His club ENPPI are now considering their options, but they are believed to be open to the idea of letting Al-Muhammadi leave on loan - with a view to a permanent deal.[LNB]Sources in Egypt suggest Al-Muhammadi could travel to England for talks this week.[LNB]
