Pop Robson, Sunderland legend takes up new club role.

Bryan Robson comes home. 70’s and 80’s Sunderland goal scoring hero Bryan ‘Pop’ Robson is to come back to his home town club, to replace Ricky Sbragia as Chief Scout. Robson was one of the best strikers around in his day, and had three different stints at then Roker Park his last was as a 38 year old, before winding his career down moving to Carlisle United where he was a player coach then on to Gateshead.
