Onuoha joins Black Cats for season
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has signed his second defender of the day with the capture of Manchester City's Nedum Onuoha on a season-long loan.[LNB] Having secured the return of John Mensah from Lyon for a second loan spell after he impressed last season, Bruce has snared another of his targets in former England Under-21 captain Onuoha.[LNB]The 23-year-old came through the ranks at Eastlands and made his first-team debut for City at the age of 17 but he has found his first-team opportunities increasingly limited over the last couple of seasons.[LNB]
