The Nigeria international Ambrose signed for Celtic in the summer from Israeli club Ashdod, but he believes he can do better than playing in the Scottish League, and dreams of a move to England.
The 24-year-old is also wanted by Swansea manager Michael Laudrup.
Ambrose: "My dream is to play across the border.
"The English League is the best."
