[LNB]Ups and downs"A lot's been going on at the club but I've been here for a while so people were concerned what was going on. These things take time and I'm pleased it's done and dusted.[LNB]"I've seen the ups and downs and these are definitely ups. This is the best start we've had since I've been here; the team's strong with plenty of depth and we've been doing very well at home.[LNB]"It's looking good all round. It was an easy decision to stay. Of course I had to make sure everything was right for myself and for the club."[LNB]Nosworthy said regarding his lack of first-team football: "The gaffer's been brilliant, he's made it easy for me and for everyone. [LNB]"It's not nice to not be playing but it's part and parcel of football and I have to ride it out and wait for my turn to come."[LNB]
