Nice price could Spur switch - Remy

France ace Loic Remy has called on Nice to drop his price tag so he can join Tottenham, his preferred choice among his Premier League suitors.[LNB] Frenchman Remy had been linked with a switch to Stoke, but Nice could not agree a fee with the club after the forward visited their training ground last week.[LNB]A scout from Spurs went to watch Remy in action for Nice in Ligue 1 at the weekend, but the London club are apparently only willing to sign the striker if the French outfit drop their asking price.[LNB]While West Ham, Sunderland and Liverpool are also reportedly interested in Remy, the 23-year-old has set his sights on a move to White Hart Lane, and is hoping his current Ligue 1 club will lower his reported £14million valuation. [LNB]"A move to Spurs would be interesting," Remy told L'Equipe. [LNB]"Stoke is not the move that I want. Nice is in real need of money and it should be adaptable with the price to help sell me."[LNB]It is understood the only club close to offering the fee that Nice are asking for the striker are French side Rennes, but Remy would prefer to make a move across the channel.
