Mignolet loving life with Cats

Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet admits he has found it easy to settle at the Stadium of Light as "everyone has been very good to me".[LNB] The Belgian international initially feared it may take him some time to adapt to life in England after signing a five-year deal with Sunderland last June.[LNB]But the 22-year-old former Sint-Truiden stopper has revealed his Black Cats team-mates have help him adapt quickly to life in Wearside. [LNB]"Settling in was easy. I spoke a little of the language, which really helps," Mignolet said on the official Sunderland website.[LNB]"I am not that far away from Belgium here - only an hour flight - and my family are quickly here too. I have been made to feel welcome by everyone at the club, from the players to the supporters.[LNB]"We have a number of foreign players who speak other languages I can speak. Everyone has been very good to me."
