Meyler and Mignolet start for Sunderland

DAVID Meyler and Simon Mignolet both return to Sunderland's starting line-up for today's Premier League game at Fulham.[LNB] The pair replace Asamoah Gyan and Craig Gordon who, although injured, both appear on the substitutes' bench at Craven Cottage.[LNB] Meyler makes his first appearance since damaging his cruciates in the penultimate game of last season.[LNB] The Republic of Ireland international, who has played only a handful of reserve games since returning to fitness, will start in midfield, with Danny Welbeck pushing forward to partner Darren Bent in attack.[LNB] Mignolet returns between the sticks to make his first appearance since November's 2-0 win over Stoke.[LNB] FULHAM (4-4-2): Schwarzer; Pantsil, Hangeland, Hughes, Salcido; Davies, Murphy, Etuhu, Gera; Dempsey, Kamara.[LNB] Subs: Stockdale (gk), Kelly, Baird, Duff, Johnson, Greening, Johnson.[LNB] SUNDERLAND (4-4-2): Mignolet; Onuoha, Mensah, Ferdinand, Bardsley; Henderson, Cattermole, Meyler, Richardson; Welbeck, Bent.[LNB] Subs: Gordon (gk), Angeleri, Da Silva, Zenden, Malbranque, Elmohamady, Gyan.[LNB]
