Certain media outlets are now reporting that a senior official from Sunderland Football Club has made contact with Martin O’Neill.
If the bookies are to be believed it’s a close two horse race between O’Neill and Mark Hughes, it is also understood that club chairman wants someone in place as soon as, even before Wolves this Sunday.
But like everything else we will just have to wait and see.
