Marco Angeleri needs to check his facts

Angeleri trys to play the race card. Argentinean International Marcos Angeleri has been whinging into the newspapers this week about Sunderland’s boss Steve Bruce. The right back who signed for Sunderland from Estudiantes in the summer’s transfer window has only made 3 appearances for the Black Cats.  He was signed just after recovering from a serious injury, lack of match fitness due to this was given as the reason why he had not been included in Sunderland’s first team squad until December.  But as the season panned out Phil Bardsley another right back, who was originally was transfer listed to be sold in the same window that Angeleri was signed, has sensationally turned his game around to the point that he is arguably our player of the season.    Bardsley has kept out the Argentinean and rightly so, but also the signing of Egyptian right side player Elmo has also pushed out Angeleri who can cover that position also. Anyway the comments made "I think he doesn’t like me because I’m not English. The boss doesn’t talk to me, he doesn’t even say hello to me when he sees me."   Some simple minded Mag’s have loved such remarks saying “A manager accused of racism” accousing Sunderland to be “Rotten to the core”, and asking Sunderland fans if they are proud.  When in fact if this was the case Steve Bruce will not be talking to the three Ghanaian’s, the Dutchman, the Frenchman, the Egyptian, the two Scottish etc....  not forgetting the chairman of the club who's Irish and the owner of the club who is American!!! Going off on a bit of a side step, as a lifelong Sunderland fan myself I cannot remember Sunderland ever having as many black footballers playing for them which a fair few have been signed by Steve Bruce so accusing the man of racism is done by the pathetically small minded looking for cheap digs. To add who give contracts to Alan Smith, Lee Bowyer and convicted criminal Joey Barton!
