Sunderland manager Roy Keane has dismissed talk of a January transfer window move for former Manchester United team-mate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Keane admits that he would love to bring Solskjaer to the Stadium of Light, but feels it is unlikely that United would allow that to happen.
He told the Sunderland Echo: "Ole is a good friend of mine, who I talk to from time to time, but we have not discussed a move."
Meanwhile, Keane has also played down talk of an approach for Arsenal youngster Anthony Stokes, who is currently enjoying a prolific loan spell with Falkirk.
"As far as Stokes goes, there has been no contact made by us with Arsenal at this time," Keane added.
"I am looking for players to bring in next month, but I do not want to talk about them until the deals are done."
