Roy Keane has completed a dramatic double swoop on his old club by persuading Sunderland counterpart Steve Bruce to let him have David Healy and Daryl Murphy for the rest of the season. [LNB]Sportsmail revealed Keane's move for Murphy over the weekend, and the Ipswich manager duly tied up a loan deal for the 26-year old Irishman, as the 5pm transfer deadline loomed. [LNB]Within a couple of hours, he was back on to Bruce with a request to add Healy to his attack, in a temporary agreement that will also run for the remainder of the campaign.[LNB] Reunited: Healy (centre) has linked up with Keane once more[LNB] It is the second time Northern Ireland's record goalscorer has signed for Keane after the former Manchester United midfielder took him to Wearside from Fulham in his time as Sunderland boss. [LNB]Murphy's capture is a reward for persistence for Keane after he was foiled in a bid to recruit the frontrunner last summer. [LNB]  Keane maintained his interest and has finally suceeded in adding Murphy to his attacking options as he bids to continue steering Ipswich away from trouble near the foot of the Championship. [LNB]Keane sees the double breakthrough as a signficant step towards increasing Ipswich's firepower, and possibly launching a late bid for a play-off place, and both players will go straight in to the squad for Saturday's home game with Middlesbrough.[LNB] TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY LIVE: Adam Johnson poised for switch to Manchester City, West Ham complete signing of Benni McCarthy and Portsmouth reject Stoke's £3m bid for Asmir Begovic - all the deals and drama as they happenSunderland miss out on 'Egyptian Beckham' Ahmed Al-Mohammadi after club turn down £2m offerBeattie ponders £3m Sunderland switch as Black Cats give up on KeaneSunderland move for Spurs star Keane will allow Kenwyne to join LiverpoolSUNDERLAND FC
