Ipswich snap up Sunderland pair

Ipswich Town boss Roy Keane has signed former Sunderland players Carlos Edwards and Grant Leadbitter for an undisclosed fee. Edwards, 30, has signed on a two-year deal for the club while Leadbitter, 23, has completed a three-year move. Trinidadian-born Edwards has 52 caps for his country, and can play in both midfield and defence. Leadbitter is a former Black Cat trainee but featured just once this season for Sunderland.
