Henderson facing lengthy lay-off

Steve Bruce admits Sunderland midfielder Jordan Henderson could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering suspected ankle ligament damage in the 1-1 draw with Wigan.
Henderson was stretchered off in the second half after setting up Sunderland`s equaliser for Kenwyne Jones.
And Bruce said: "That's the most disappointing thing of the afternoon. It doesn't look great for the kid.
"We will see how the scans and X-rays are over the next 24 hours, but it will certainly be weeks and possibly months."
