Sunderland midfielder Jordan Henderson does not drink or smoke - and he has no intention of changing in the wake of his England call-up.[LNB] Henderson is included in the England squad for Wednesday's friendly with France at Wembley after a series of impressive performances this season.[LNB]Henderson was part of the Black Cats side which triumphed 3-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and already the subject of speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United.[LNB]But, at a time when certain players seem to be in the spotlight for the wrong reasons, Henderson is adamant nothing will sidetrack him.[LNB]He said: "The main thing is I am just loving my football at the minute and just want to continue doing that.[LNB]"My mum and dad have been a good influence on me.[LNB]"They have brought me up really well, have always kept my feet on the ground and not let me get carried away.[LNB]"I just love playing football and I don't want anything to jeopardise that.[LNB]"I like to go in every day training and working hard. I don't drink or smoke.[LNB]"A good night for me is watching the highlights of the Chelsea game. That's me. I never go out.[LNB]"The only time I go out is Christmas night when the whole team goes out for team bonding and stuff like that. But I still won't drink or anything.[LNB]"I like music and a few of the Sunderland lads play table tennis at the academy but that's about it. I go training and go home."[LNB]Henderson's delight at triumphing over Chelsea was all the sweeter as he had made his debut two years ago in the corresponding fixture when Sunderland were beaten 5-0.[LNB]He said: "I have played there twice and been beaten by a lot of goals so we decided to go there and not sit back and just have a go.[LNB]"It was a different feeling this time to when I made my debut. I was over the moon to get my debut, but a little bit gutted with the result.[LNB]"It was a different story this time. It was a big game to play in and everyone played really well.[LNB]"Everyone will be buzzing with confidence, I would have thought. Everyone was devastated after losing the Newcastle game 5-1."
