Henderson hope for Coleman
Coventry remain hopeful of signing Jordan Henderson on loan again next season despite Sunderland's search for a new manager.[LNB] The teenage winger moved to the Ricoh Arena in January and Sky Blues boss Chris Coleman was keen to strike another deal ahead of the new Championship campaign.[LNB] But any talks will have to wait as the Black Cats are in the process of appointing a new manager following Ricky Sbragia's decision to step down at the end of the season.[LNB] Sbragia is expected to stay on at the Stadium of Light in a coaching capacity and Coleman hopes that will work in City's favour.[LNB] "The fact they are getting a new manager changes the situation for us and it all depends on who comes in," Coleman told the Coventry Telegraph. "Had Ricky stayed in charge I was 99% sure we would have got Jordan back on loan next season but now we will have to wait and see because Sunderland won't want to do anything before they appoint a new manager.[LNB] "Hopefully we are still in with a chance because Ricky was pleased with the way Jordan was coming along with us and hopefully the fact he is still at the club will help. But we won't be the only ones in for him, although I know he enjoyed it down here so hopefully that might help as well."
