Sunderland goalkeeper Marton Fulop has sealed his emergency loan move to Manchester City and hopes to help the Blues secure a top-four place. [LNB] The Hungary international has joined for the rest of the season after Shay Given was ruled out through injury.[LNB]City were given special dispensation by the Premier League to sign Fulop, although their bid to bring Joe Hart back from his loan spell at Birmingham was scuppered.[LNB]A statement issued on Sunderland's official website said: "Contrary to reports elsewhere, the deal was not completed until this afternoon when final agreement was reached between the parties."[LNB]Fulop says he cannot wait to make his City debut against Aston Villa on Saturday.[LNB]"I got the call on Tuesday from City and I was more than happy to come and help the club," he told City's official website.[LNB]"It's fantastic to be here at such a time. It came out of the blue but I'm delighted to try to help City achieve their goal. [LNB]"I'm ready to play, if I'm selected. I came here to do a job and I'm confident that I can do that. I feel good, and we need a win to get that fourth-place spot, which is so important for the club.[LNB]Fulop also wished Given, the man he is replacing, a speedy recovery.[LNB]"It's an horrific injury for a goalkeeper," said Fulop.[LNB]"It's a really bad one because you use your shoulders with almost every movement. I really hope that Shay recovers very soon."
