Serial tweeter Darren Bent shows Kaka some man love and admits to a worrying lack of fitness after doing nothing during his 54 minutes on the pitch against Brazil.

USA forward Jozy Altidore is not happy after his country's defeat to Slovakia but is excited at the prospect of visiting Denmark midweek.  And who can blame him? He's currently on loan at Hull City.

BBC pundit Mark 'Brighty' Bright is less than impressed with Robin Van Persie's newfangled treatment but reveals they had more than just a magic sponge down at Palace.
