Sunderland are set to hand on-loan midfielder Ahmed Elmohamady a permanent deal in the summer.The 23-year-old has impressed since arriving at the Stadium of Light on a season-long loan from Cairo-based side ENPPI in August 2010. [LNB]And the Black Cats are now looking to take up an option to sign the Egypt international permanently.
