Cattermole injury concern for Cats
Sunderland midfielder Lee Cattermole could be sent to see a specialist after aggravating his groin injury against Darlington on Saturday. Cattermole first suffered the problem against Munster on Tuesday and was not expected to feature against Darlo. However, the 22-year-old was named in the starting line-up at the Northern Echo Arena before limping out of the action within the opening 30 minutes. Cattermole Black Cats assistant Eric Black told reporters: "Lee wanted to try it out but he suffered a recurrence after 10 minutes. We may now send him to see a specialist on Monday." Sunderland left it late to claim victory over their North East neighbours with Bolo Zenden scoring the only goal of the game in the final 10 minutes.
