Cattermole: Sessegnon settling well

Sunderland skipper Lee Cattermole described Stephane Sessegnon as having "a spring in his step" after the January signing enjoyed his first victory with the Black Cats on Saturday.

Sessegnon, who moved to the Stadium of Light, scored with a penalty in Sunderland's 4-2 win over Wigan in their vital Barclays Premier League clash.

Cattermole told the club`s official website: "People like Stephane who play with flair need games like that sometimes.

"He's got a real spring in his step and I think we'll see him getting even better going forward."
