Cats defender completes Blades switch

SUNDERLAND defender Nyron Nosworthy has rejoined Championship side Sheffield United on loan until the end of the upcoming season. Nosworthy impressed during his 19 appearances on loan at Bramall Lane last season and has agreed to extend his stay in South Yorkshire. The 29 year-old joined Sunderland on a free transfer from Gillinghamin in June 2005 and has made 114 league appearances for the Black Cats during his five year spell in the North-East.
