Cats set for summer Darlo friendly

Premier League outfit Sunderland will make the short journey to Darlington for a pre-season friendly on Saturday July 17, kick-off 3pm.[LNB] It will be the third time in four seasons the Wearsiders will provide pre-season opposition for the Quakers, who will play in the Blue Square Premier League next season after finishing bottom of League Two this time around.[LNB]The fixture takes place four days after Steve Bruce's side kick-off their preparations for the 2010-11 campaign against a Munster XI in Limerick.[LNB]Darlington manager Simon Davey has also arranged home friendlies against relegated Championship side Sheffield Wednesday on July 20 and one of his former clubs Carlisle on July 23.
