JORDAN Henderson and Fraizer Campbell both opened their Sunderland accounts as the Black Cats surged towards the Carling Cup fourth round.[LNB] Teenager midfielder Henderson struck with just four minutes gone, and when £6m summer signing Campbell doubled his side's advantage 19 minutes later, Birmingham were in deep trouble.[LNB] The visitors, who made seven changes to the side which started at Hull on Saturday, had only one effort of note, Gary McSheffrey's 19th-minute drive flying just wide.[LNB]
