Bruce expresses Malbranque worry

Sunderland midfielder Steed Malbranque was taken to hospital with severe chest pains after he complained of discomfort during the 1-1 draw with Portsmouth.The 30-year-old Frenchman had to be subsituted at half-time, with Bolo Zenden taking his place.
