Bruce devastated by Meyler injury

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce says that David Meyler's injury is "devastating" after he was taken off on a stretcher in Wednesday's 1-0 win at Aston Villa.The 21-year-old suffered a similar injury in the penultimate game of last season, and only returned to first-team action for the Wearsiders in December.
