Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has allayed fears of a pre-season injury crisis among his strikers.
England international Darren Bent missed Tuesday's 2-0 defeat to Benfica in Portugal with the hamstring problem he picked up during the club's overseas training camp.
Meanwhile, Trinidad and Tobago frontman Kenwyne Jones lasted just 30 minutes before limping off with a knee injury.
However, despite the concern over the strike pair, Bruce does not believe that either is seriously injured and both could feature in their next pre-season game against Leicester City at the weekend.
He told the club's official website: "Benty had a bit of a sore hamstring and we're not going to take a risk with that.
"Kenwyne has tweaked his knee a little bit so we'll see how he is but we don't think it's too serious."
