Brown Struggles To Sell His 425m Mansion
Wes Brown is forced to slash the price of his mansion after it fails to sell in two years.
Brown, 33, originally put the five-bedroom pile (with its own cinema and music studio) - close to Wayne and Coleen Rooney’s mansion - on the market for £4.25million.
He wanted to sell up after he and wife Leanne and their three daughters Halle, Lilia and Lola decided to move to a rambling farmhouse.
Estate agents have described the property as “a magnificent contemporary mansion” in Cheshire’s prestigious Prestbury area.
It boasts a cinema room, a vast spiral staircase, a leisure complex and a sound-proofed music studio.
It even has a swimming pool with a glass roof that looks up into the kitchen.
