Black Cats close in on Riveros
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is hoping to make his first summer signing within the next week by completing a deal for Cristian Riveros.[LNB] Bruce has had his eye on the 27-year-old Paraguay international, who is currently playing in Mexico with Cruz Azul, for two years, and is keeping his fingers crossed that he can get him after previously having to admit defeat.[LNB]He said: "We are close, we are very, very close and I wouldn't be surprised if we can get him in the next week or so."[LNB]
