Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is refusing to be rushed as he looks for the talent to take club to the next level.[LNB] Bruce and his scouting network have been working for some time to identify the club's summer transfer targets, and the Black Cats have already landed Paraguay international midfielder Cristian Riveros and clinched a new deal with Bolo Zenden.[LNB]However, while irons remain in the fire, the Wearsiders will take their time as they attempt to get the right men at the right price.[LNB]Bruce said: "We have got a number of options at the minute, but we will take our time and get the right building blocks in place.[LNB]"There is no need to rush. Making the right choices takes time and we won't take risks.[LNB]"We will work as a team and get the best value we possibly can - that is what the supporters deserve."[LNB]
